Floor Plans

 This will be the first floor layout.

• We will have the Morning room with the optional windows. 
• Our kitchen includes the gourmet island.
• We will not have a fireplace in the Great Room or a bookcase in the Home Office

 This will be the second floor layout.

• Our floor plan will include the bonus room without a closet.
• The master bath was upgraded to a walk-in shower.
• The master bedroom will not have a tray ceiling or optional window.

 

This will be the basement layout.

• Our basement will be unfinished, but includes a rough in for a bathroom.
